Re: 1:1 and home support

Ha!! No way... don't go down that road. You have to draw the line, and we did, very early. As long as the laptop is working at school, that is where our support stops. We provide parents a list of "recommended" local computer companies that they can
call... and also give them the direct links to the parental controls section for their particular ISP. Our policy for home support: we don't provide home support! Hope this helps.
