Our lawyers have informed us that the Children's Online Privacy Protection
Act (COPPA) does not apply directly to us. However, they are concerned that
we establish a privacy policy and statement for our MOODLE site.
I was wondering if anyone has done this (for any VLE site) and if you would
be willing to share.
