Documents (PIPEDA) Act*. We are aware of several higher education
institutions in Canada who have implemented G-Apps, but are not aware of an=

K-12 schools in Canada who have taken this direction.
Is anyone aware of a Canadian school or district that has moved to G-Apps
and how have they handled the current federal and provincial Privacy Acts?
Some of our school constituents are concerned that the wording of the Act i=
s
ambiguous enough for the Ministry of Education or the provincial government
to take action against a move to Google Apps.
