Live blogging day 2 of the Integrated Tech Symposium at Urban School in San Francisco

Day one is in the books and we will soon move onto day two of the symposium=
. The first day was rich with information about how Urban made the transiti=
on to a laptop school while keeping the focus off the technology. Many reso=
ruces and ideas where shared about their philosophy of learning and teachin=
g. Much of this has been captured in the blog which you can read at: http:/=
/citbigenhoc.wordpress.com/

Today we will be hearning from the science and history departments as well =
as a panel of students. The sessions start at 9:00 PDT and I will be Live B=
logging four of these sessions starting at 9. You can see the schedule of t=
he sessions at the link below and are invited to join in the conversation. =
I will provide summary text of what is being presented. Feel free to ask qu=
estions that I can then take to the attendees in the room. I hope to see so=
me of you online today for what promises to be an insightful day.

Feel free to comment on the blog postings from yesterday as additional dial=
ogue would be wonderful. Academic discourse is always fun and leads to grea=
ter understanding for all involved. I hope to see you today if you have the=
time to join us. We will be starting with session 5 (Day 2).
