We've been running a dozen laptop carts for about six years. The best =C2=
=A0=20
carts we've found are made by Spectrum. They are large, they are =C2=A0=20
heavy, and they are not especially cheap, but the hardware, casters, =C2=A0=
=20
cable management, and sliding cart trays have made them a better =C2=A0=20
choice than others we have tried. They also look halfway decent. =C2=A0We =
=C2=A0=20
make about 400 cart deliveries and pickups every quarter and the =C2=A0=20
Spectrum carts have held up beautifully. The vendor is also easy to =C2=A0=
=20
work with on customizations to the carts. =C2=A0A couple of folks report =
=C2=A0=20
that the cart-top composite/particle board under the wood grain finish =C2=
=A0=20
will chip easily, =C2=A0but we have not had that problem even under very =
=C2=A0=20
heavy use conditions.=20

We did not have a good experience at the beginning with Bretford =C2=A0=20
carts. They have improved the product line in recent years, but still =C2=
=A0=20
lack important features.=20
The vertical slots on some models cause lots of wear and tear on the =C2=A0=
=20
laptops when the cart is moving, and without sliding trays on the =C2=A0=20
models where the laptops lay flat, your staff and the kids have to be =C2=
=A0=20
contortionists to get the laptops out of the bottom trays and to deal =C2=
=A0=20
with power cables.=20
