Re: Insurance for Laptops

Fred,

I concur with Alex and Brian. . . School should purchase the mfg
accidental damage insurance as part of the total laptop cost and then
recommend that parents buy a laptop policy via their insurance provider to
cover loss or theft (if they're concerned about loss or theft). I'm aware
of only a few of our parents that purchased the laptop policy on their own
and they said it was very inexpensive and easy to do.
