=F0=E5=F9=E0: disabling Word features

I have two students who need to use laptops on their AP exams next week.
The proctor just told me that grammar check, spell check and cut/paste
are not allowed and wants me to disable the functions. I know that I can
turn off the automatic spell and grammar checks but does anyone know how
to easily disable all three functions?=20

I did look at WordPad which doesn't have spell check but does allow
cutting and pasting. I know that my school can't be the only one trying
to comply. Any and all ideas are appreiciated.
