Re: Redundant Internet Connection

this is the short version for us.
We use a 10m metro-e with a t-1 backup. The metro-e is handles all the
traffic. if for some reason the metro-e goes down (really rare) the t-1
kicks in. internet is useless but mail is still flowing (happy
headmaster).
Our ISP is DSC (Digtial Service Consultants of Georgia) they deal with
any problems I have with the metro-e and t-1. XO is involved with the t-1
but not the metro-e. Then below that tier is AT&T.
Usually DSC knows I have problem before I do.
