hosted website has this functionality. Although it doesn't send you an
email when a change is made, you can run a daily or weekly report of
profile updates.

Online Database of Parent Information (address, phone number, email,

Parent's can log in with a username and password to update their
information
An email notification is sent to me whenever information is updated
Optional: A login allows parents to see information of all other
parents, but can only update their own information.
