Senior Systems Business Office Module Performance Issue

Speaking to the schools using the Senior Systems SIS in the Business
Office:

We have been having intermittent performance issues with Senior Systems
since the last major update in May (Version 913 on Oracle 10), in the
Business Office family of modules (particularly Accounts Receivable).
Users of other modules have not complained. The symptoms have been
latency when opening a student record (taking over ten seconds in some
cases). Senior Systems support has been pointing the finger at our
network, but we haven't had any other problems.


I am asking if anyone else has had performance issues of this type since
upgrading to version 913?
