an online course is an excellent proposal. iScoop (http://iscoop.ning.com/)=
is devoted to online courses for independent schools and the creator, Fred=
Bartels, is starting what he calls The earth Virtual Academy or EVA (http:=
//eva2.wikispaces.com/) as a new model for virtual schools.
