Try Aviary's Maya editor for sound editing. - http://aviary.com/ then
choose the audio editor. Maya is a lot like garageband through the
browser.
When you are done with your audio composition, aviary mixes and produces
an embed code for a player for the file and it provides a downloadable mp3
file.
