feedback. Our questions are pretty much derived from the form we use for
teachers transmuted into questions about supportiveness, accessibility,
leadership toward specific (strategic) goals--framed in mission-like
language. Likert Scale responses (e.g., Agree Strongly .... Disagree
Strongly), plus room for comments.
