Help Desk

We currently use a Microsoft Access database as our Help Desk system.
However, we are either outgrowing its capabilities or reached our max
knowledge level in how to get more functionality. We need a web based
system that allows the user to input a request, view his/her records,
and allow the user's division manager to view. We have a Go Daddy
account where we can upload a database, but I do not have the time to
learn mysql. Of course, we have the typical technology budget that is
not enough to go around. Do any of you have something that you would
recommend?
