Online school newspapers

Colleagues,
I have a few question to those schools that have taken their printed school newspapers to an online format:
1. Are you keeping the printed newspaper, too.
2. How often does is online newspaper published or do you post "news" stories daily to the online site?
3. Have you restructured your journalism program for this with students writing for the printed version and others writing for the online version?
4. What have been the challenges to going online?
5. Have you had to change any of your guidelines with your students posting stories that go live and to a wider audience than would be viewed by a printed newspaper on campus.
Thanks,
Joanne Mamenta
