We at The Children's Storefront in Harlem are desperately seeking someone
who knows about the NBX 100 Phone System by 3Com.
Description of crisis? Phone system works fine WITHIN Storefront calling
from office to office or room to room ... we receive calls from the
outside fine with no problems ... however, we cannot make outgoing calls
either local or long distance .... If you have any insights, suggestions
or strategies, let me know... yes, we have tested all 12 Verizon lines so
we are fairly positive it is NOT a Verizon problem or issue.
