Re: Help Desk

We have been using Web Help Desk for about 2 years now and have
found it very helpful, easy to use and navigate. We looked at
SchoolDude and like the interface and reporting features with Web
Help Desk more.

it has the ability to group tickets and route the according to easily
defined rules. The email features of the system allow for constant
communication between the tech and client so that they know what
happening through the entire process.
