We are looking for ways to go more digital/greener with our Board of
Trustees. Right now everything goes out in paper form and there really is
no way for our members to interact between meetings. We have also to be
sensitive to the fact that a number of our Trustees are not particularly
technologically literate.
One idea is to create a NING site for communication and posting of necessary
documents.
I know this is pretty open-ended, but I would appreciate any thoughts on
taking a Board digital.
