Re: Virtual Electronic Library

We use OPALS in al of our school libraries, as well as using it for a =20=

regional library catalog for inter-library loan. Our regional library =20=

system developed OPALS with Harry Chan (Media Flex), and are quite =20
happy with the product. Service is pretty good, and the technicians =20
and programmers work well with clients to develop and refine modules =20
as needed. The interface is intuitive, and the fact that you can make =20=

the search page a federated search page is also a great feature.

If you are interested in OPALS I would recommend contacting Harry Chan =20=

and asking him to come and visit your school to demonstrate and =20
discuss OPALS. He is based in Montreal and is often in your area.

Feel free to contact me with any specific questions,
