As part of our Strategic Plan, we are grappling with Diversity in the
following areas: race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, gender,
religious affiliation, socio-economic background and abilities/learning
styles.

Typically, we have some good resources for the last item (diversity of
learning) but are looking for professional development help in the other
areas. At this point, we plan 1-2 workshop days (probably second
semester next year) using an outside vendor to get us started.
