Simple is good for general distribution but have something more detailed re=

l be questioned, so having the more detailed rational will serve you well, =

on the tenor of your internal discussion it will probably revolve around p=
ersonal responsiblity, accountablity, and potential problems=A0being covere=
d by other behavioral policies (e.g. anti-bullying).=A0 Also talke about ho=
w the benefits have out weighed the potential problems for your institution=
.=A0 Stear clear of the "they were doing it anyway" argument and take some =
time=A0think through those existing=A0policies under some worst case senari=
