Re: Grades and Comments- Proofing

We use PCR Educator for our report comments and grades. In the Middle and
Upper Schools today, all comments were due in PCR. (Some people cut and paste
from Word, others put them in directly from PCR on the Web.) We let school
out 45 minutes early and met by departments to proof one another's comments
from 2-4. Then we gave them back to the author to enter the corrections, due
by 3 pm tomorrow. Then we can print and mail. Between PCR's spell checker
and the proof-reading sessions, we catch most problems and see one another's
comments, which can be useful. Seemed to be working this afternoon!
