Re: Best iPad Apps

I know I'd find the database you envision very helpful, and I expect
many others would as well.

Subject: Best iPad Apps

Hi Everyone,

I am starting the process of evaluating iPads for implementation into
our classrooms. I know there are lots of lists out there of best apps
(including the Baisnet wiki), but none of them are searchable (by grade,
topic) and the lists are not all easy to navigate.

If you have time, could you please send me a list of the iPad apps that
are working well for you. Please include name of app, if free or paid,
and if it is for teachers / students / both teachers and students, and
anything else you want to say about it. I will add descriptions of each
from the app store, add the price (if paid), add (based on my best
estimate) grade levels and subject areas it covers. I will put all in a
database and share with all. We can hopefully continue to add apps, so
it will stay an up to date database.

Thanks in advance.

Renee
