How not to handle a Facebook incident at your school

For those looking for an object lesson, this is a good example of how not to handle cyberbullying via Facebook. It also presents a potentially interesting legal definition that anything password protected has a reasonable expectation of privacy. A good case to watch, although my favorite part is "several other students asked for their logins simply deleted their accounts using their cell phones, preventing this sort of intrusion".
