The SC wiki has a collection of links and comments on technology
planning. http://schoolcomputing.wikia.com/wiki/Technology_Planning. As
part of tech planning (as in curriculum planning) it's very helpful to
consider how you might be assessed. The NAIS Principles of Good Practice
for technology delineate categories to consider. And I'd echo Fred's
endorsement of Dr. Anderson's "technology audit" which gives good grist
for the mill of tech planning.
