May I highly recommend a source for your planning. It is the National
Center for Tech Planning. Larry Anderson is very in-depth and
insightful to our educational goals using technology. His web address
is www.nctp.com

Also you may want to refer to the ISTE standards (International
Society for Tech in Ed) to also help www.iste.org
