teacher equity

We are looking for models of how schools address the issue of equity among =
faculty in regards to teaching loads-- i.e number of students and number =
of preparations (not extracurrular for now)

Please send the following, if possible:

1. What is your average class size?
2. What is your minimum and maximum class size?
3. How many courses does each teacher carry in each department?
4. How do you balance equity issues among faculty loads- numbers of =
students and numbers of preps?
5. If you have an elementary school, how do these loads figure in?

Thanks

Kris
