Alternatives to SmartTech's Notebook software?

SmartTech has made it very clear that their license does not allow the use
of SmartTech software unless you are using their interactive whiteboards.

My experience with the Epson Brightlink leads me to believe that the days of
dedicated interactive whiteboards are numbered.

In my opinion SmartTech would get ahead of the curve if they licensed their
software separately from their hardware, but I don't see any sign of this
happening soon.

So, I'm starting the search for good alternatives to SmartTech's NoteBook
software.

I've looked at WizTeach (http://www.wizteach.com/) and RM Education's
interactive software (
http://www.rmeducation.com/shops/rmusa/Catalogue.aspx?nguid=888c6fe9-f9ae-4971-9d4a-95e140d2021f
).

Are there other alternatives that people like?

Thanks,

Fred
