Re: Copiers

We're actually dropping copiers and phasing in multifunction printers,
one device that acts as a network printer, scanner, copier. I'm waiting
to see how the teachers adjust (there is a learning curve), but the cost
to operate/maintain all three is helping make the decision to move in
this direction. One caveat...if you print from your school's
information database, make sure each vendor can take the file of that
type, as that was an issue for us. - Vi=20

You might want to look at Xerox - they have quietly gotten very good at
network printing with very good pricing, especially at the cost per page
- and they're great copiers as well.
