Help with Apple Leopard OS

Hello everyone, just as we are getting ready to enjoy our Thanksgiving Break, I had this problem with a new Apple MacBook (SantaRosa chip) that was delivered to our school: We are now receiving new MacBooks that come with Leopard pre installed. These units do not see out network netboot and will not load Tiger. I spent this morning at the Apple store after being told by Apple Tech Support that we need a non-machine specific Tiger to get this new MacBook to image on our network. In fact, Apple recalled all versions of Tiger, you cannot purchase it anymore. Moreover, I was told that the chipset is so different on the new MacBooks, that it is not backwards caompatible.
If you go to Mac Formum, you will see pages of software that Leopard is not compatible with including our email system, our student information system, Adobe CS3, FileMaker Pro and others. I can't imagine that our educaional software will work either. Do you know of any way to get this machine to accept our image? This will become a huge problem for us and for any school using Apples e a huge problem for us and for any school using Apples. I am hoping that all of the tech support people and Apple Geniuses are wrong and that there is a fix that will allow me to image this MacBook with my Tiger image.
If you know of anything, please email me.
