Re: Apple Mail & Exchange 2003

Hi Carl,

Is there a reason why you've decided against using Entourage 2004? It is
licensed as part of Exchange 2003 so there aren't any extra fees.
Entourage also supports public folders and mailbox delegation.

Subject: Apple Mail & Exchange 2003

Hello list
We have had mixed success configuring the Apple Mail app with the =20
schools Exchange Server. We have had to "tweak" the setup to get the =20
iBook to connect to the server. I'm having trouble determining the =20
break in the chain. At first I thought it was a specific Airport Base =20
Station but I determined that to be incorrect. The difference seems =20
to be between G3 iBOOKs and G4 iBOOKs which makes no sense since they =20
are all updated to OS 10.4.10.

Is anyone else encountering inconsistencies with this application and =20
server ?

thanks
