Our Advancement Office has recently heard about all the wonderful things
that Blackbaud Raiser's Edge can do when paired with with a MAPI-compliant
email system (read Outlook and, presumably, Exchange Server). I am sure
there are folks out there who have tried to use RE's emailing features
with FirstClass (which we are currently using) or Google Apps (which we
are considering for the future). If that is is you I would love to hear
from you to find out if there is any hope at all of getting it to work
with either of those systems.
