You might look at AuctionPro by MaestroSoft.
They have both a PC version (single and multi-user) as well as a web
option (I've not used the latter).
We've used it for at least 6 years. Does a good job. Only drawback is
that they are a small developer and bug fixes can be a little slow in
coming. The good news is that they've developed the program quite a bit
in the past few years so it's a workable tool as-is.
