Specialist works exclusively with the teachers to help them create lessons
that both use technology to fulfill an existing need and are fully
integrated into their current curriculum. He almost never works with
students, except being present for the first lesson or two with teachers
to "hold their hands" at first. He works on mostly classroom projects. He
does not handle anything schoolwide at this point, as he is so new at it. He
does not do any faculty development, except one-on-one. I'll finish by
adding that he is only paid to do this twenty hours per week. Is that enough
info?
