office by 7:00 am each morning and the IT Specialist comes in at 8:00 am. =
We both stay until around 4:30 pm or 5:00 at the latest unless performing =
updates, etc. For major issues we stay as long as needed. I have remote =
access from home and live about 13 miles away.

We've looked at staggering the hours of the staff as one options, but =20
