help with competitive evaluation of campus wide WiFi?

I'm creating a vendor RFB proposal and competitive evaluation for
campus wide WiFi. It's basically comparing features of various vendors
and how they stack against each other. I realize that some of the
features are beyond simple WiFi network deployment, such as DPI or QoS
which are often on a separate device. To give you an idea of what I'm
looking for, here are some of the 'requirements' that I have;

How many simultaneous concurrent connections an AP can support?
Dynamic re-configuration of RF based on interference, traffic load,
class of service, number of users?
Dynamically adjust transmit power levels and radio channel assignments?
Rogue AP detection and triangulation?
User authentication compatible with Macintosh LDAPv3?
Quality of Service traffic shaping?
DPI?
QoS?

If you have centrally managed WiFi in your school, what other useful
or essential features would you add to this list?

Thank you.
