Millennium Database question

We are running two systems at school. Senior Systems for most school applic=
ations and Millennium for Development Office functions. Our Millennium dai=
ly backup database is getting unwieldy to manage. The database currently u=
ses about 1.5 GB and is consuming our SQL server's hard disk space...we cur=
rently allocate 115 GB for Millennium use and the program cannot run on les=
s than 1GB. Millennium support has been almost nonexistent and their suppo=
rt team says that it is a Microsoft issue. Does anyone have a suggestion f=
or managing the Millennium database? I've been asked by our Director of Inf=
ormation Technology to see if anyone out there has a suggestion. I hope tha=
t I have translated his request correctly.

Thanks,
Linda Swarlis
