Communications is in charge of our Whipplehill site. He is the one who
sends out mass E-mails, configures new accounts and rolls over to the new
year with the tasks that go along with that.
He puts up news stories, links, adds downloads, etc.

no
However, the Director of Physical Education updates his calendar. I
don't think anyone else enters information.

Initially the Director of Technology (me, I'm a staff of one) had more
involvement in helping to train teachers, students, and parents how to use
the site and access various parts. The teachers post assignments so I was
involved in that as well. Now, though I do have privileges to edit accounts
and associated privileges, I have no involvement in the runnng of the site.
If there are problems with the site, everyone is instructed to see the
Communications director.
We purposely set it up so that my involvement was minimal.
> - Do you employ a FT/PT webmaster?
No though I guess our Communications Director would be considered the web
master. However, it is only a small part of what he does.

Communications director and the Development director (who has since left
the school).
