I am the tech/network support staff and I have one teacher/tech
available to me for 85 minutes a day.
But we're small, 3 sites total, 2 campuses 25 miles apart, another
campus across the street, 300 computers, 2 distinct networks: 2
firewalls, domain controllers, data servers, exchange, backup servers -
2tb NAS, antivirus servers, cloud for Powerschool & Blackbaud & WEB 2.0
educational solution...
Let's just say my cell phone doesn't get turned off much and I love VNC
:)

Subject: Working Hours for Tech/Network Support
What hours do you have your school tech/network support staff come in
and leave? We are seeing a growing need for people to be in earlier and
stay later. How are you handling the issue?
We've looked at staggering the hours of the staff as one options, but it
doesn't always put the right people in the building(s).
Thanks!
