Basically we stayed with the same company.
We also use BlackBaud, but minimally due to the cost: Raiser's Edge,
Financial Edge.
My expectations for Vendor Tech Support are high because my Team also
provides Campus Tech Support, so I'm always a little disappointed with
the turn around and sometimes I like my own solutions better :), but all
in all both companies do provide adequate support.
I really liked RenWEb, but it made sense for use to do the data
conversion and stay with Pearson.
I will definitely be looking at Open Source SOON.=20
