The Ed Tech is teaching contract.
The Director of Tech is $95,000 for 12 months, but this position
requires both an IT background and a teaching credential at this school,
as it supervises both the IT side and the ed-tech side.
For a non-credentialed IT, I would say $80,000 for 12 months is a better
ballpark.

I am going into a contract meeting tomorrow and was wondering if anyone
could give me some salary information. I will be moving from a 9 month
contract to a 12 month contract. I know this has been asked before but
the responses are always private. I would like to find out some
comparable salaries of Independent School IT personnel. I work with all
aspects of Technology (server admin, hardware, software, etc.) as do
most Independent school ITs J. Could anyone share what they make or
what the ITs make at your school (ballpark is alright). It would really
help me to have some idea going into this meeting.
