Re: Network Manager salary range

We have three tech positions:

Director of Technology - This position requires both a background in
technology that is strong enough to run a full network as well as a
teaching credential or strong background in education as this person
also is the leader in technology integration and teacher training. Pay
is $90,000 to start. This is a 12 month position with 2 weeks vacation
and 10 sick days a year.

Technician - This person reports to the Director of Technology and is in
charge of anything hardware or software related including
troubleshooting, repair, upgrade, installation, virus / spyware removal,
imaging, etc. Pay is $45,000 to start. It is a 12 month position with
2 weeks vacation and 10 sick days.

Ed Tech - This person reports to the Director of Technology and is in
charge of supporting teachers in the classroom, including creating
lesson plans, implementing lessons, assessing, etc. A teaching
credential is required for this position. It is a traditional teaching
position, so this person is on the teaching scale.
