It connects to Active Directory and can provide filtering/reports based
on individuals or groups. The tech support was quick and efficient. We
had two issues with the installation (a sub-net addressing issue and a
managed switch issue), the tech support assisted to resolve both issues.
For email filtering, we use Postini and have been very pleased. There
is little management once it's all set up. Individual users can login
to retrieve blocked messages themselves. In the event that our mail
server were to go down, Postini will queue the messages, so that other
domains do not receive "bounce back" messages.
