Email/Voice Services at Greensboro Day School this past summer and we used
2 Call Managers.
We felt it was a good idea to have some level of redundancy for any
mission critical service and the potential disruption from lack of phone
service, even for one day as you described, more than out weighed the
additional cost of a backup CM.
