experience, many students get private tutoring for test prep and math. I
am most interested in how private schools respond to and support students
with learning differences. In my 12 years of experience as a learning
specialist and administrator in independent schools, and founding member
of the Northeast Association os Learning Specialists (NEALS), I have seen
an increase in the number of schools establishing Learning Centers to
meet these needs in house. What I'd like to know from other schools is:
What are some of the reasons that a students with learning differences
might seek private tutoring outside of school?
Looking forward to hearing from you!
