The most impressive online high school news journal I've seen is the
Student News Action Network, a compilation of stories from students
around the world: http://www.studentnewsaction.net

Not only have they cleverly adopted the Ning platform far-flung
students work collaboratively to create an interactive,
multimedia-rich, and student-driven online newspaper.
