Job Description
Provide technology support for faculty, staff, and students.
Key Skills
- Develop and maintain positive and supportive communication and
relationships with faculty and staff
- Skills in written and oral communication.
- Experience with Windows and Apple OS X operating systems.
- Strong technical computer troubleshooting and hands-on repair skills.
- Experience in web design (Dreamweaver/Photoshop toolset)
Key Responsibilities
- Technical support for computers, printers, scanners, A/V equipment
- Laptop Support (wireless network support, desktop support)
- Printer Support (trouble shoot, repair of desktop and workgroup
printers)
- Support for Digital gradebooks and attendance programs
- Duties related to the upkeep and maintenance of the web site (HTML,
some ASP and Access)
Additional Experience a plus
- Experience with Moodle or comparable educational CMS
- MS Access Query/Report creation
- Fluency in ASP, PHP, MySQL and/or Linux Administration
