Re: iPod repairs

Hi Marti -
For future reference, I highly recommend Apple Care for iPods. I do not
normally purchase warranties, but with iPods, I think Apple Care is
essential. My year and half old iPod's lock toggle stopped working last week
and I took it to our local Apple Store. They immediately gave me a brand new
one, and if I had felt like waiting another week, I could have had a new one
with the same inscription as my previous iPod. I may be wrong on this, but I
think Apple Care is slightly discounted in Apple's day after Thanksgiving
sale, too.

I will be curious to see if anyone has had any luck with other repair
services!
