Our school uses Naviance...it's a great tool, with a few normal caveats:

1) Either use it with all your counselors or don't - the summative data you
can get from naviance is great but only if everyone is using it.
2) Naviance allows posting announcements, forms, and stuff like that...the
problem is people need to login to naviance in order to see the information,
and thats a pain, IMO.
