You can limit the size of attachments for mailboxes using the All
Mailboxes group. If you don't have one already, create a conference group
with the name "All Mailboxes" and set the Permissions for the conference
group to include a size limit. This action prevents users from receiving
messages with attachments larger than the size you set.
For outbound mail, you can set a similar rule on the All Conferences group.
